1) Gratitude Practice
When I put my attention on being grateful, I am reminded of the blessings in my life.

2) Intention

I start today with an intention, I plan to focus intently.

3) Faith

Talk to God, practice parts of catholic faith I resonate with, be in nature.

4) Eat Healthier

My body encompasses physical and mental consciousness — treat it well. When my body feels good, it tends to move with positive force.

5) Get Enough Sleep

Getting enough sleep makes me feel rested and energized.

6) Simplicity

Do nothing, exercise, enjoy a meal, do an activity that gives me life, talk to people.

6) Limit Your Screen Time

How much time do I need online? Having a break to rest is important — it is a boost that can often be felt on a physical and mental level.

7) Time Management
Set reminders on your devices. Set an alarm. Start your day by writing a list of what you intend to accomplish, and put time constraints around each task. Prioritize what is important.

8) Check in With Loved Ones

My loved ones are them ones.

9) Choice

I choose how to respond or not, and how I move. Patience, it takes time — that is okay with me.
