changing comes with new woes.

new capitalistic modes.

where tears can no longer flow.

why keep coming back. why keep doing the same thing.

why keep coping the same way.

why has a short-term high turn habit.

why keep making mistakes. why don’t you share your bouts with things.

why cover struggles with poems, poems, poems.

chelsea would always coach me up, it’s okay to make mistakes, we have ups and downs, be aware of all or nothing thinking, cathrostrophizing, mindreading; do some thought records, and behavior experiments.

negative self-talk = unhelpful, unproductive

Through struggles (tiredness and burnout), keep putting one foot ahead of the other, also, a reminder to schedule time for rest, renewal; family, friends and work that serves (purpose).

Less sleep, more screen time, and more thoughts.

It’s hard to let go of coping mechanisms that feel good.
