Do you have to use these platforms, devices? // services

Attention traps: Spotify (apps), Wi-Fi (internet), screens (devices)

Just another number in the system 🤔

Regular occurring tasks (footprint, mental energy)

I forgot how much I grossed at Nordstrom, while working in the warehouse. It’s a problem because I’m unable to complete unemployment claim. I need to keep track of my finances better.

It’s feeding my depression. Why don’t I recollect the hours I worked or how much I grossed quarterly? “Take off the I’m broke, I care (take it off)”

I’m a private person. I get anxious when I see drones surveillancing the skies of my neighborhood at night. And the worst part is I don’t think it’s the opps, it’s my neighbors, which is mad creepy; and George Orwell big brother-like

Why I always leave jobs

Work for money- pay bills-unhappiness loop

I don’t think working is worth it in 2022.

It comes with a lot of stress.

It comes before our health.

It comes w politiks and conditional business relationships.

If we didn’t need work as a means to pay our bills, picture that.

If we were able to just live, and not worry about skrilla.

I wasn’t born to work, I was born outta love.

Other questions on my mind: Does downloading music use more data than streaming it? Why is the government taxing Kendrick’s funds in the bank?…

Remote tech jobs

-find evidence you can do the craft

-handle complexity and push things through to completion

  1. public demonstration you can do such thing
  2. Be able to produce good things

Do you know what the target is?

There’s no hiding behind what your actual abilities are.

(YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY PRODUCE SOMETHING THAT’S HARD TO GET THE HARD TO GET JOB.)

“DO SOMETHING HARD TO GET THE HARD TO GET JOB.”

Have an easier schedule // don’t do a heart attack schedule // make your schedule more tractable

-strategies (DO LESS), -time management (automation), -habits

What’s a given: Can I reduce what’s on my plate/schedule?

Things that give me life

-helping my family, -seeing friends
