Look at the things you do and use, you probably should get good at it.

Work on your skin // eating to get your skin right

Reading, eating right, eating decent, getting your shit together (as far as money), mind together, working out etc.

Windshield time-listening, absorbing something, getting ingrained, energy right, or clear your mind- quiet ride. // chillin’ or things are gonna come 2u.

-Eat right (vegan protein), fruits, vegetables

-go outside

-workout

-stay away from oils, sugar, salts low

-look like you push some stuff around

Starting what you put in your mouth to change your skin- help your mental

Lifting heavier weight- help your physical body

BEANS // RICE // SALSAS // GREEN APPLES // FRUITS // VEGETABLES

Reduce fats + carbs (French fries, burgers, donuts, pizza)

Carbs are easier to break down than fats.

Foods that you eat that make your skin good, lift heavy.

“Work on yourself.”

Motivate yourself, challenge yourself, and give yourself some grace as well.

Handle your peers, engagement with family, friends, people.

Cut out the noise- making space for other things

Gratitude, have the ability to travel, able bodied, wherever I’m going, people want me there.

Drink lots of water, a gallon a day.

Yearly blood panel- checks all your vitamins, minerals, hormones checked.
