WAKE UP EARLY
- Get in bed by 9 pm.
Set an alarm to stop what you’re doing, and be ready to be in bed by 9pm to sleep.
Low stimulation activities: soothing music, reading, journal writing
When you sleep with a plan in your head, it gets registered in your subconscious mind. Clear purpose to wake up early. I’ll have more time in my day. Spiritual practice- 30 minute meditation, movement- walking, running, jogging, dancing, swimming. Mastery- sharpening of your skill, craft, learning new skills
2. Create a strong morning routine (something important to do the next day)
3. Make your dinner light and healthy (soup + steamed veggies) bowl of fresh salad, double veggies, less grains. Leave some space in your stomach. 2 hour gap between dinner and sleep.
