Non-negotiable: Eat clean, exercise, sleep well
Wake up- 5:30 am
Train- 5:45 am- 6:15 am
Breakfast, relax-6:30 am — 8:30 pm
Train- 9:00 am — 11:00 am
Lunch, relax- 11:30 am — 1 :30 pm
Train- 2:00 am — 4:00 pm
Dinner, relax- 4:30–6:30 pm
Bed- 9:00 pm — 5: 30 am
Task- Make media that brings income bi-weekly.
Consistently getting better daily, one foot in front of the other.
Keep growin’. Keep the things that got you there- gratitude, learning, look to improve a process.
